We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a modern and well-maintained atmosphere. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide range of options including fresh orange juice and an omelette chef. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing guidance on transportation and recommendations for eating out. The hotel's location was very convenient, being close to a huge Christmas market and just a short walk away from the downtown area and the congress center.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, right next to the Friedrichsring square and within walking distance to the city center. It is in a nice area of the city, close to the Mannheim area. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is great, with a large variety of options to choose from. the hotel offers complimentary Internet access.
One downside is the lack of communication about ongoing renovation works, which may cause inconvenience to guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. Everything was just a short walk away, including the main train station. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and multilingual, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could ask for, from a comfortable bed and air conditioning to a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the little extras like the welcome drink and the in-room coffee and tea facilities. our experience here was top-notch.
